Spring is here at last!

Hello everyone I do believe that the sun is trying to shine and Spring is here at last.
Here is a little card to make us all feel good.

Spectrum Noir Challenge

Good morning everyone and what a bright fresh morning it is here on the North Coast of England.

Below I have entred my card for the Spectrum Noir challenge of Holidays.
I used a stamp from the Sheena Douglas range and the papers are from my scrap box.  Using distress ink I highlighted the image and gave it shadows.

Crafters Companion 7th Birthday Challenge

Hello everyone, 

I cannot believe its Crafters Companion's 7th Birthday this week.

Here is my entry for the Birthday Challenge.

The Humphrey stamp is coloured using Promarkers and the papers are from the Swalk CD ROM range and purple co ordinations. I also used embellishments from my stash box.

New Photo Books

Hi there everyone I have been quite busy lately making new things other than cards so I thought I would share them with you all. Hope you like them.

This first book was made from 1 piece of 12x12 paper, how cool is that. I saw Rosemary Merry make one on the Create and Craft show and just had to try it for myself.

This book was modelled on one that I made whilst attending the Crafterganza last year in Darlington.

I have also been making some other cards to top up my stock.

Mulberry Wood Christmas afternoon

What a lovely morning I have had out over the moors with my husband today. We got back early so I have been able to work on some more of my Christmas cards.

My first card today was created using the Mulberry Wood CD ROM. I really think this character will cheer anyone's day. The papers are all used from the CD and the embellishment too.

I have used a paper from the Mulberry Wood CD again for this card. I think it gives an impression of a sparkle without any glitter. If you see what I mean. The embellishments are from my own crafty stash and I used co ordinations card and centura pearl card stock.
